As a Full-Stack Engineer at NextGen Digital Craft, you'll build custom software for our clients and contribute to our SaaS products — HRMS Portal, SFA App, and AI Website Generator. Your work will be in production, used by real businesses every day.
Responsibilities
Build and ship features across the Next.js frontend and Node.js/Express backend
Implement integrations with third-party APIs, payment gateways, and cloud services
Design database schemas and optimise queries (PostgreSQL + Redis)
Own features end-to-end: design review → development → deployment
Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards
Requirements
2+ years of production experience with Next.js and Node.js
Strong TypeScript skills across the full stack
Experience with REST APIs and database design
Comfort with PostgreSQL and basic query optimisation
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Vercel)
Nice to Have
Experience with Redux or Zustand for state management
Prior work on multi-tenant SaaS applications
Mobile app development experience (React Native or Flutter)
