The 7 steps

1. 01

   Discovery and written scope

   A 30-minute call covers product goals, user roles, must-have features, integrations and timeline. We follow up within 48 hours with a written scope document — features in scope, features out of scope, assumptions, timeline and fixed cost.

2. 02

   Architecture and design sprint

   We design the data model, API contract, multi-tenancy model (if SaaS), auth flow, RBAC, integrations and infrastructure. Visual design happens in parallel — high-fidelity Figma mockups for every key flow.

3. 03

   Sprint kick-off

   Two-week sprints. Day-one ceremony plans the sprint backlog, defines acceptance criteria for every story, and identifies risks. We share the sprint board and you have read-only access from day one.

4. 04

   Build — sprint cycles

   Senior engineers ship features sprint-by-sprint with daily standups, peer code review on every PR, automated CI tests on every commit, and end-of-sprint demos. Production-grade quality from sprint 1 — no rewrites later.

5. 05

   QA and acceptance testing

   Internal QA runs through every acceptance criterion, browser and device matrix, performance budgets and security scans. We share the test report with you before user acceptance.

6. 06

   Launch and handover

   Production deployment, DNS cutover, monitoring and alerting setup, runbook documentation and team training. We share access credentials and ownership of all infrastructure.

7. 07

   Post-launch support and iteration

   30 days of post-launch bug fixes included. Optional ongoing retainer (monthly or sprint-based) for feature shipping, performance tuning and SRE on-call.
