What's the minimum project we'll take on?

A focused marketing site or landing-page project is the smallest thing we take on — roughly four to six weeks of work for two people. Below that you are usually better served by a good freelancer, and we will tell you so on the call rather than quote you something neither of us enjoys.

Do you charge fixed-price or hourly?

Both — and we recommend the right one for your project, in writing. Fixed-price for well-scoped work (Starter / Growth tiers). Time & Materials or a dedicated team for evolving products and Scale-tier engagements. Mixed engagements are also fine.

What are the payment terms?

30% on signing, 30% at the mid-point sprint demo, 30% on UAT acceptance, 10% at the 30-day handover. Bank transfer (NEFT / SWIFT / Wise) or wire to our HSBC business account. Invoices issued before each milestone.

Is the discovery call really free?

Yes — a 30-minute call with an engineer (not a salesperson) where we understand your problem, sketch the architecture, and tell you whether we're a fit. If we aren't, we'll point you to someone who is. No obligation, no follow-up sales pressure.

What happens if scope changes mid-project?

Common, and handled well. Small changes go into the same sprint — no extra charge. Larger changes get a written change-request with new estimate and timeline before we start. You always sign off before scope expands. We don't bill for surprises.

Will I really own the source code?

It happens in two stages. From week one the repository and cloud accounts are created in your name, so you can watch the code being written and you are never locked out. At the 30-day handover you get the rest — root credentials, secrets, infra-as-code, runbooks and the signed IP assignment. We retain no ongoing rights and nothing requires a "managed service" from us afterwards.

Do you offer maintenance after launch?

Every project includes a fixed bug-fix window (6 months Starter, 12 months Growth, custom for Scale). Beyond that we offer monthly retainers covering security patches, dependency upgrades, OS / framework updates, and an agreed monthly allowance of feature work. Retainers are priced against how much of that allowance you actually want.

Can we start small and grow into a larger engagement?

Yes — many clients start with a Starter or Growth project and grow into a dedicated team. We'll keep the same engineers on, the same tooling, the same context. No re-onboarding tax.
