We onboarded to the HRMS Portal in a single day. Attendance, leave approvals, payroll — all automated. What used to take our HR team three days every month now takes three hours. The mobile app for employees has been a game-changer for our remote workforce spread across four states.
From a Hyderabad startup to three products and a short client list
Every milestone below reflects a decision to build better software, ship on time, and deliver real outcomes for our clients. Here's how we got here.
From two engineers in Hyderabad to three products and a short client list
Two engineers and a room in Hyderabad
NextGen Digital Craft started small and has stayed small on purpose. The bet was that Indian businesses were being quoted enterprise prices for software that did not need an enterprise to build it.
Early client work
Websites, internal tools and a first inventory system — the kind of work that pays for a young studio while it works out what it is actually good at. Two of those clients are still with us.
Field sales, offline-first
The FMCG build that set the direction: an Android order-capture app for reps working on entry-level phones with unreliable signal, plus the manager dashboard behind it. Offline sync is the hard part, and it is the part we now know well.
From services company to product builder
Packaged the HR and payroll work into a product rather than rebuilding it per client. Attendance, leave, payroll with PF / ESI / PT / TDS, and an employee app. Cheaper for the client than a bespoke build, and we carry the maintenance.
Transforming field sales across India
Turned the field-sales build into the SFA product: beat planning, GPS attendance, offline order capture and the MIS behind it, configurable per distributor instead of forked per client.
AI Website Generator, and staying small
Launched the third product, and started taking LLM and RAG work for clients whose problem was really a document problem. Headcount deliberately unchanged — fewer projects, run by the people who sold them.
Send us the scope. You'll have a price in 48 hours.
A paragraph about the problem is enough to start. An engineer reads it, we take 30 minutes on a call, and you get an itemised written quote — yours to keep and to compare against other quotes, whether or not you work with us.
