As NextGen Digital Craft's Senior Product Designer, you'll shape the user experience of custom client products and our SaaS platforms — HRMS Portal, SFA App, and AI Website Generator. Your designs will be used by hundreds of businesses and thousands of end users.
Responsibilities
Own design across client projects and SaaS products: web app dashboards, mobile apps, and onboarding flows
Run user research sessions with client stakeholders and end users
Build and maintain NextGen Digital Craft's design system in Figma for consistent delivery across projects
Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
Present design decisions to clients in sprint reviews with clear rationale
Requirements
3+ years of product design experience in a B2B SaaS or software agency context
Expert-level Figma skills including components, auto-layout, and prototyping
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product work across web and mobile
Experience building or contributing to a design system
Solid understanding of accessibility (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
Nice to Have
Experience designing data-heavy dashboards or enterprise software
Motion design skills (Lottie, Framer, or similar)
Prior experience in an agency or consulting environment with multiple client projects
