E-Commerce Website Development Company
Shopify and WooCommerce are the right answer for a lot of stores, and we will tell you when they are. When catalogue size, checkout mechanics or page speed become the ceiling, we build headless storefronts on Next.js with the back office you already run.

Why custom over off-the-shelf
Checkout is where the money leaks
A four-step checkout on a mid-tier Android phone is where most Indian storefronts lose the sale. Rebuilding the Mumbai client's as a single page with smart defaults, address autocomplete and Razorpay routing moved mobile conversion up 210%.
Speed is a revenue number, not a vanity score
That same rebuild took Lighthouse from 42 to 94 and product images from 800 KB to 80 KB on mobile — and revenue rose 56% within 90 days. Mobile drop-off had been 74%. The store was not short of traffic; it was losing it at the door.
Headless keeps the back office you already know
You do not have to abandon Magento or Shopify to fix the storefront. We kept Magento as the back office for the Mumbai client and moved only the customer-facing layer, so the operations team's day did not change.
Real engagement

Lighthouse score 42 → 94. Mobile conversion rate up 210%. Revenue increased 56% within 90 days.
“NextGen Digital Craft rebuilt our e-commerce platform from scratch in Next.js. Page load times dropped from 6 seconds to under 1 second, our Lighthouse score went from 42 to 94, and organic traffic increased 180% in the first four months after launch. The team was communicative, deadline-driven, and genuinely cared about the outcome.”

FAQ
Should we just use Shopify?
Often yes, and we will say so on the call. Shopify is the right answer for most stores under a few thousand SKUs with standard checkout needs. The custom case appears when the storefront speed, the checkout flow, or catalogue mechanics are the ceiling — and then headless lets you keep Shopify underneath rather than replace it.
Do you handle Indian payments and COD?
Yes — Razorpay, Cashfree and UPI, with PSP routing, and cash-on-delivery flows including verification steps. Payment paths are tested against India-scale traffic before launch, not after.
Can you rebuild our storefront without touching the back office?
That is the usual approach. The Mumbai fashion client kept Magento for operations and we rebuilt only the storefront on Next.js, so order management, inventory and the team's workflow were untouched.
How long does an e-commerce build take?
10 to 16 weeks depending on catalogue size, how many integrations exist, and whether checkout is being rebuilt or carried over.
