Website Redesign & Rebuild Services

Most redesigns are a new coat of paint on the same slow foundation, and a good number lose the client's search rankings on launch day. We rebuild the parts that are actually costing you — server response, asset weight, layout shift, checkout — and migrate the SEO with it.

Why custom over off-the-shelf

A redesign that loses your rankings is a net loss

The single most common way a rebuild goes wrong is silent: URLs change, no redirect map is written, and four months of organic traffic quietly disappears. Every old URL gets a mapped 301 here, and the map is crawled and checked before launch rather than after.

Measure before rebuilding, or you are guessing

The Mumbai fashion client had tried theme tweaks and CDN swaps first. The audit showed the ceiling was structural — server response, asset weight and layout shift could not be fixed inside Magento. Rebuild headless on Next.js and Lighthouse went 42 to 94, mobile conversion up 210%.

Your team should be able to edit it afterwards

A rebuild that needs a developer for every copy change is a rebuild you will resent within six months. Content moves to a headless CMS, your editors are trained on it, and the handover includes documentation rather than a phone number.

NextGen Digital Craft rebuilt our e-commerce platform from scratch in Next.js. Page load times dropped from 6 seconds to under 1 second, our Lighthouse score went from 42 to 94, and organic traffic increased 180% in the first four months after launch. The team was communicative, deadline-driven, and genuinely cared about the outcome.

FAQ

Will a redesign hurt my Google rankings?

It can, and that is the usual failure. Rankings are lost when URLs change without a redirect map, when content is trimmed during the move, or when the new site renders client-side and is slower to crawl. All three are avoidable: we map every old URL to a new one, carry the content across, and server-render. The Mumbai client's organic traffic rose 180% in the four months after their rebuild.

Do I need a full rebuild, or just a redesign?

Depends what is broken, and the audit answers it before you commit. If the problem is visual and the underlying site is fast, a redesign on your existing stack is cheaper and we will say so. A rebuild is warranted when the ceiling is structural — server response, asset pipeline, or a platform you have outgrown.

How long does a website rebuild take?

8 to 14 weeks for most marketing sites and storefronts, depending on page count and how much content has to be migrated. The old site stays live throughout; we cut over only once the redirect map and Core Web Vitals targets are verified.

Can you rebuild off WordPress, Magento or Wix?

Yes — those three are the most common starting points. Magento and WordPress can also stay as the back office while the storefront moves to Next.js, which is how the Mumbai rebuild was done. See the migration guides for the stack-specific detail.

What does it cost?

Quoted as a fixed cost against a written scope after one 30-minute call and the audit. We do not price a rebuild before seeing what is actually under the current site.
