Context
Apex Distributors runs FMCG distribution across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The sales operation lived in WhatsApp groups — order intake, route planning and field attendance were all coordinated by message. The business knew it had a ceiling at 120 agents but couldn't see why orders were error-prone or where leakage happened.
Our approach
Mobile-first SFA built for low-end Android
We designed the rep app to run on entry-level Android devices with 2 GB RAM and patchy network. Offline-first SQLite, optimistic UI, GPS attendance, beat plans and SKU-image order capture.
Beat plans, GPS tracking and route-deviation alerts
Managers assign beat plans, the app GPS-tracks attendance and deviation, and an MIS dashboard rolls up beat compliance, secondary sales and scheme uptake from rep to regional head.
Real-time manager dashboards
Live dashboards on order volume, errors, attendance and beat compliance — by rep, beat, distributor and region. Decisions stopped waiting for the morning meeting.
